Here is everything you need to know about how your Rose & Giovanni order gets to you.

1. Free shipping across Canada

Shipping is always free on every order delivered within Canada. There is no minimum order value.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed with care and dispatched the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the following business day.

3. Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be longer during busy periods, such as holidays, or because of weather or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

5. Gift packaging

Every piece arrives gift-boxed, ready to give or to keep for yourself.

6. Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we will update it if your order has not yet been dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

7. Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve it, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
